When you place an order on our website you will receive confirmation of your order and dispatch via email. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by you is working properly.
Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of dispatch sent to the email account provided by you. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Blue Morpho through this website shall be governed and construed according to Hong Kong law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
- If paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be charged immediately for your order.
- If paying by bank transfer, your order will not be dispatched until we have identified your payment in our bank account. To facilitate this, please ensure that you use as reference the order number provided.
- If paying by cash, goods will only be left with you once full payment has been received.
Every care has been taken to ensure that your order is received in pristine condition. We also strive to pack our products safely and securely, however we take no responsibility for any damages incurred by any third party delivery service.
Your order will be sent to the address provided by you on our online form. We take no responsibility for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided to us.
Blue Morpho recommends that you allow 2 working days for your order to be processed and 2 to 3 working days for delivery, especially during busy periods such as Christmas. If you require a faster delivery service please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have received from Blue Morpho you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com detailing your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will then be happy to offer a refund/exchange subject to the following conditions:
- The goods should be returned to us within 7 days of dispatch in their original packaging.
- The goods are not damaged and are in re-saleable condition.
On receipt of the goods we will contact you to let you know details of your refund/exchange. Items returned outside these guidelines will by subject to the management of Blue Morpho. Unless the item is faulty, a refund will not be possible if the item/s arrive damaged. In these cases the items will be returned to you.
With the exception of faulty items, we are not able to refund return postage costs. In the event that free delivery was offered on the original order, an additional HK$20 delivery fee may be payable to Blue Morpho, which may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you receive a product that you find to be faulty, please notify us within 48 hours. Follow the usual process for returning goods, as stated above. We will issue you a full refund including the cost of return postage. Should we examine the product and find that it is not faulty, you will not be refunded the cost of return postage.
